Nifty made a low of 4868 high of 4955 and closed at 4942 which is 35 points up from previous close.

Nifty has formed a bullish engulfing which shows some trend reversal so if Nifty opens above 4956 for the day and if it maintains it can go up to 5040.

Nifty finds resistance at 4960 on breaking this can take the Nifty towards 5040 .
