To keep the bear intact Spot Nifty should not stay above 5750 if Nifty goes above 5760 wind out short positions , short can be initiated below 5740 with stop loss of 5760 when Nifty goes below 5680 add more shorts for the target of 5632.
Nifty will give a bounce once it reaches 5632 cover the shorts.

Short TATACHEM at 376 with a stop loss of 380 for the target of 370 , 365
